Orders must be received in writing, via regular mail, fax, or Email. Production will begin only after a written order is received.
Lead time
4 to 8 weeks. Seasonal fluctuation and size of order may affect lead times.
Air Shipments: Airfreight Must be authorized in writing to meet critical in-hand dates.
Drop Shipping Drop shipping to various locations is available. A charge of $4.00 per carton will be added to each shipment.
Over Runs/ Under Runs Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities, however the factory cannot always guarantee exact quantities. Therefore we reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over/under.
Silk Screen Charges $60.00 to $75.00 per color is standard charge.
Tooling Charges $150.00 is the standard
charge.
Returns Custom manufactured, or “close out” items cannot be returned.
Claims Claims must be filed in writing, within 15 days after receipt of the order. Cancellation Policy The customer will be charged for all material and labor applied to the order from the date placed, to the date cancelled.
Payment Terms: Stock Items Net 30 days from shipment date. Custom manufactured items may require 25% down with order, balance net 30 days from shipment date.
Past due Invoices A finance charge of 1˝%
per month will be charged on invoices over 30 days past due.
